We stepped in to bring back to life the old villages of Italy, full of history and culture. Il Sognatore was founded in 2023 with the mission to preserve and revitalize this unique heritage. Our aim is to preserve the historical and natural beauty of the villages while investing in sustainable tourism and living spaces.

We work to discover the potential of dormant villages in different regions of Italy and revitalize them. In the villages in our investment portfolio, we create modern accommodation, restaurants, art workshops and other living spaces while preserving the traditional architecture and cultural fabric. In this way, we not only contribute to the local economy but also help these villages sustainably move into the future.
